OUTLINÉ works and encourages textiles in contemporary styles. Our team works on made-to-order model thereby practicing environment friendly practices to avoid stock wastage. We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in ensuring correct deliveries. In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the return/exchange policy.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE:
● OUTLINÉ apparels are eligible for return/exchange for size related issues, within 48 hours of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed.
● Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
● Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchange.
● International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange. We, kindly encourage you to review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
EXCHANGE PROCESS:
● If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@shopoutline.com or whatsapp at +91-8377037000.
● All Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
● In case of garment size exchange, please additionally mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size requirement.
● Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, new product/s will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
● Reverse Pick up – The courier charges of INR 100 will be applicable for reverse pickup.
DAMAGED/ QUALITY ISSUES:
● Please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image/video of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in to our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@shopoutline.com or whatsapp at +91-8377037000.
● Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
● We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice. Please note if the Pincode is not serviceable by our delivery partner, you will need to send the courier back.
● Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
● In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
● Our credit notes can be used on our website.
RETURN PRODUCTS :

● After deducting the reverse pickup charge of INR 100, the remaining amount will be given as a STORE CREDIT and can be used throughout our website shopoutline.com. This credit is available for 1 whole year from the date of issuance.
STORE CREDIT :
Store credit of an equal amount is issued which can be used in future purchases from the brand website www.shopoutline.com. This credit is available for 1 whole year from the date of issuance.
All refunds are processed within 14 days of successful reverse pickup.
OUTLINÉ has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. Further, OUTLINÉ has ensured that the measurements, information and description for products furnished on the site are best calculated and stated to accuracy and true to its dimensions. However, due to the inherent characteristic of certain materials and that each piece is cut and made individually, actual measurements of individual items might vary to minimal. Slight marks and color/print variations should not be considered as a fault as they are inherent characteristics of the product. The colors may appear different on different screens.
